Location close to the Baseball Hall of Fame was excellent.

The check-in process was frustrating, with no staff on site to assist properly. I received keys at a different hotel and found the receptionists rude.

The location is fantastic for families, being close to the Baseball Hall of Fame and local dining options. The spacious rooms provide excellent comfort and an inviting décor that adds to the unique lodging experience.

The check-in process can be a bit confusing, especially for first-time visitors.

The room we had was huge and well decorated, came with the air conditioner, a television and the bathroom.

The location turned out to be great and stunning, right by the lake, a great Italian restaurant, Toscana, on Main St, and shops. It also was very close to downtown.

Unexpected warmth from the staff

The location near the Baseball Hall of Fame made sightseeing a delight. We enjoyed the spacious family room and the cleanliness of the facilities. Each morning, we savored the complimentary breakfast vouchers at a good local eatery.

I was here for walking around, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of products. The rooms were a nice size with tv, you feel like home. Location: the hotel was very close to downtown and the lake and the coffee shop or a restaurant basically right next to the property and the amazing lake. I tried some drinks at bar Sherman's Tavern, located 5 minutes walk away...

With a perfect location near the Baseball Hall of Fame and fine Lake views, this spacious family room. The staff was accommodating, and the A/C was quiet yet effective. Just be mindful of the unusual check-in process-it might throw off first-timers!

The spacious rooms made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the area. Be sure to ask for parking details when you check-in as it can be a bit unclear.

During our romantic trip, we found the inn to be quirky and well-located, just steps from the baseball hall of fame. The spacious room was super clean and quiet. We enjoyed that we could walk everywhere without needing to drive again.

The room offered lots of space, but the decor felt quite outdated and didn't reflect the charm of the area. I loved the comfortable beds, but the fridge was surprisingly noisy, disrupting the quiet. The air conditioning unit was old and struggled to keep the room cool. While the bathroom had decent functionality, it was missing some modern touches I would expect at this price point. The breakfast vouchers for the Landing Restaurant were a nice touch, though options were limited on site. The check-in process left something to be desired and felt a bit confusing at first. Despite the issues, the captivating area around Cooperstown made exploring very rewarding, especially with cafes and the fine Lake nearby. A more eco-friendly approach to in-room amenities, like tea or coffee facilities, would be appreciated. I wish the hallways didn't have that unpleasant, musty smell . All that said, the large room sizes and unique atmosphere did add some character to my stay.

We enjoyed an incredible stay in Cooperstown! The spacious family room was perfect for us, super clean and comfortable. However, it got quite warm at night with no thermostat control.

Check-in process is a hassle, requiring a trek to a different hotel, which can throw off your arrival mood. Parking spaces felt tight. The temperature control in the room was lacking. It got warm at night, and those ground-floor curtains left little to the imagination. A bit of a funky smell lingered in the halls, which wasn't exactly inviting. The absence of amenities like an ice machine is a letdown given the price point.
